RaagAI Terms of Service Last updated: 21 October 2026 These terms apply when you use the RaagAI app and website, run by Novagya Tech ("we", "us"). By using RaagAI you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. 1. Who can use RaagAI You must be at least 13, or the minimum age in your country. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission. You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for what happens on your account. 2. Credits and purchases Making a song uses credits. New accounts get free welcome credits, and you can buy more, subscribe, or earn them through referrals and other promotions. - Purchases go through Google Play and follow Google Play's payment and refund rules. - Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in Google Play. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. - Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred, and may expire as shown in the app. - If a song fails to generate, the credits are refunded automatically. - We may change prices and credit costs. The change won't affect purchases you have already made. 3. Your ideas and your songs You keep the rights to the ideas and lyrics you write. Between you and us, you own the songs RaagAI makes for you, subject to these terms and the law. We can't promise that AI-generated music is protected by copyright where you live, or that it won't sound like existing music. You give us permission to store, process and play your inputs and songs to run the service. If you make a song public or share it, you also allow us to show and play it on RaagAI's public pages, including the landing page if we feature it. You can make it private or delete it at any time. Commercial use: you can use songs commercially only if your plan or a licence certificate from the app allows it. Otherwise, use them for personal, non-commercial purposes. 4. What you must not do - Type in content that is illegal, hateful, sexual content involving minors, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights. Examples are copyrighted lyrics you don't have rights to, or asking for a song to imitate a real artist's voice. - Use RaagAI to mislead people, for example by passing off a song as a real artist's work. - Try to get around credit limits, blocked words or safety filters, or abuse referrals. - Scrape, reverse-engineer, overload or attack the service. We may block content, remove public songs, or suspend accounts that break these rules. You can report a public song from its page. 5. The service RaagAI uses third-party AI models, including Google's, which may produce unexpected results. We may change, pause or stop features. We don't promise the service will always be available or error-free. 6. Disclaimers and liability RaagAI is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content you make or share. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded. 7. Ending your account You can delete your account at any time from Me > Settings > Delete account, or at https://raagai.xyz/delete-account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. When an account is closed, its unused credits are lost, except where the law requires a refund. 8. Changes and law We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we will tell you in the app. If you keep using RaagAI after that, you accept the new terms.
